I know you'll love my Lentil Lettuce Wraps. One cup of cooked lentils contains 18 grams of protein & 16 grams of fiber!

INGREDIENTS - 1, 1 lb bag of lentils - 1 red onion - 2 TBSP EVOO - 1 can garbanzo beans - Kosher salt to taste - 2 cloves of fresh garlic - romaine lettuce leaves - 1/3 cup oyster sauce

PREPARTION - Throw it all in a pot! Bring to boil, and turn on low. - Scoop it on a lettuce leaf, add a little hot sauce.
