Cut into cubes or slices; buy stir fry cut - so much easier to cook than thick breasts
Grill or saute chicken in oil sprayed pan
Baste with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking
Soft Dinner Rolls

Throw what you have (or buy a bunch of frozen!-) into a wok with a little avocado oil! Cook on medium high, enjoy!
