Chia Seed Pea Milk Pudding. It's sweet, quick and packed with nutrients.

While I like to start my mornings with protein, I get tired of eggs and greek yogurt. You too? I'm loving my most recent food concoction. It's full of fiber, protein and healthy fats. And it's plant-based if you're vegetarian.
1 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 cup of pea protein milk
3/4 tbsp of agave nectar
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together.
Let sit overnight, or for a few hours, shake and enjoy!
