Having an aptitude toward health and wellness since I was a child, I thrive on helping my clients meet their overall health and wellness goals. I’m passionate about delivering scientifically credible and realistic guidance to clients of all ages.

My son's diagnosis of a rare food allergy known as FPIES, or food protein induced enterocolitis syndrome, initially prompted me to specialize in pediatrics.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and a Masters in the Science of Clinical Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, New Jersey. I'm trained in the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Feeding Approach. An evidenced-based approach that aims to assess and treat children with feeding difficulties and weight/growth challenges. In the earlier part of my career I was an award-winning health journalist, and healthcare public relations executive.

In my free time, I enjoy competing in triathlons, cooking and spending time with my son Keegan and husband Keith.
